1. Services

RIZID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED provides ERP software solutions, inventory management systems, billing solutions, accounting tools, business automation services, and related software services through web and cloud platforms.

2. User Registration & Account Responsibility

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Remain responsible for all activities performed through their accounts

3. Subscription & Payments

Certain services may require subscription fees, setup charges, onboarding charges, customization fees, hosting fees, or other applicable charges.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Subscription/license fees may be refundable as per policy, while the following are strictly non-refundable:

• Setup and customization charges
• Onboarding and implementation costs
• Training fees
• Domain, hosting, and SSL charges
• Third-party service costs

5. Software Usage

The software and services are licensed, not sold. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software
• Resell or sublicense access to any third party
• Use the software for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data

6. Data & Security

We implement reasonable security practices to protect customer data. However, users are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure and confidential passwords
• Ensuring regular data backups where applicable
• Promptly reporting any unauthorized access or security breaches

7. Third-Party Services

Our software may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Razorpay)
• SMS and WhatsApp API providers
• GST APIs and government portals
• Cloud hosting providers
• Banking and UPI services

RIZID Technologies is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIZID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Business loss or loss of profits
• Data loss or corruption
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Losses arising from third-party service failures

10. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, source code, UI designs, and branding materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of RIZID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

• Misuse or abuse of the software
• Non-payment of dues
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
